About Shane Cullen

Shane Cullen (originally from Thief River Falls, MN) has lived in Fargo since 2007 and since that time has been involved in residential real estate on the construction side and as a licensed Salesperson in North Dakota and Minnesota. Shane enjoys assisting Buyers and Sellers throughought real estate transactions and uses his construction background combined with his years of experience as a Realtor® as a competitive edge over the competition. Shane is an expert in new construction homes and represents Silver Line Custom Homes in the FMWF area. Shane holds both the ABR and BPOR designations.
When Shane is not busy selling, he plays an active role in local and state leaderhsip within his Realtor® association. Shane serves on many committees and has served as chair of the Public Relations Committee for Fargo-Moorhead Area Association of Realtors (FMAAR 2016), Vice Chair of the Program Committee (FMAAR 2017), and serves as a board member for North Dakota Association of Realtors Board of Directors (NDAR 2016-2017).
Shane also serves on the Board of Directors for a local non-profit, Rebuilding Together. In addition to serving on the board, Shane contributes his time to help fundraise and also gives his time and labor to help repair homes for those in need.
In his downtime, Shane enjoys playing guitar and violin, hunting, fishing, and spending time with family and friends. Relationships are of the upmost importance to him.
